Multi Element Improvements to 33 NIHE Dwellings in the Strand Avenue Area of Belfast.

• 14no dwellings at 18, 20, & 22 Strand Avenue - works began 5th February 2007 with anticipated completion 23rd July 2007.
• 8no dwellings at block 24 plus house no 28 and 32.  Works to begin 23rd July 2007 with anticipated completion 5th November 2007. 
• 5no dwellings and 2 no sold dwelling at block 10 plus house no 12.  Works to begin 5th November 2007 with anticipated completion 29th February 2007.
• External works to take place from 29th February 2007 to 30th March 2007.
